ARK9650 SUREGUARD-CLOSE PROTECTION SYSTEM
The ARK9650 SUREGUARD-Close Protection System has been designed to meet the ever increasing requirement for a portable, rapidily deployed, VIP protection system.
SUREGUARD is a completely stand alone, battery powered, self contained system for use by protection teams. Being self contained it requires no additional communications or power support and can be set up in typically less than one hour.
The system comprises external and internal cameras triggered by Passive Infra Red (PIR) sensors. The system operates over wireless links to a central Monitoring Station. Before activation the cameras operate at a low quiescent current to maximise battery life. When triggered the video images from each camera are displayed at the central Monitoring Station.
In addition to the video display the Monitoring Station incorporates an LCD which identifies the alarming sensor, this enables the operator to review an alarm sequence. The protection team will simultaneously receive alarms to their personnel pagers
