HF Power Combiner

The HF Power Combiner is a 7U equipment covering the frequency range 2 to 30MHz. The function of the power combiner is to enable one or two transmitters to be connected to a common transmitter antenna in each of two sub bands (2-8 MHz and 8-30MHz).
Internal attenuators ensure that the VSWR at the transmitter input is better than 1.5:1 with antenna VSWRs of 3:1. The status of the switch configuration can be continually monitored using the internal BITE facilities. The equipment weights 35Kg and requires a 60W, 115V AC, 50/60 Hz supply.
