The ARK7079 series of V/UHF Antenna Switching Matrix operates over the frequency range 30 to 400Mhz. The equipment permits each transceiver to select between its own dedicated receive antenna port and one or more of the transmit/receive antennas directly. The antenna allocation for each receiver can be programmed via the serial remote control interface to the unit and in the event of loss of remote control a default configuration can be set up.
· The ARK7079-1 provides the interface between eight V/UHF transceivers, eight receive antennas and six transmit antennas covering the frequency bands 30MHz to 88MHz and 225MHz to 400MHz. The unit weighs 25Kg and requires 115V AC, 50/60 Hz 200W maximum.
· The ARK7079-2 provides the interface between four V/UHF transceivers, five transmit/receive antennas and a HF/VHF/UHF antenna selector and multicoupler unit. The weight of the ARK7079-2 is 20Kg and requires a 115V AC, 50/60 Hz 100W maximum power supply.
